As a courtesy to our customers, SPDI guarantees same day call backs from our sales and technical support teams.

Our customers value their time..and we value our customers. We understand if you need lamps, replacement parts, or run into trouble on the manufacturing floor and need technical support, you cannot afford to loose production days waiting for a return call from a company based overseas.

We are based in the U.S. and our Application Experts are available Monday through Friday, 8am -4pm Eastern time. If an Applications Expert is not available when you call, then rest assured, we will return your call the same day!

We are also available for technical emergency after hours. If you leave a message on our technical support message system, an Applications Expert will be notified immediately.
