WHO IS SPDI?

SPDI’s founders John Wilson and Robert Schenk, began their careers on the manufacturing side of the industry, developing automation systems, as well as building and repairing custom printing equipment. This experience gave them a full and complete understanding of printing equipment – how each component functions individually and as part of the overall system.

1. Many customers told us they were spending valuable floor time changing out lamps – Our Solution?

SPDI designed a super high quality irradiator that requires absolutely NO tools to change out the lamp and reflector. You can easily complete a change out in under 45 seconds – saving you a significant amount of production time.
2. Other customers continually lost a significant amount of production time restarting equipment – Our Solution?
SPDI developed the Solution Series Total Cure system, which uses a shutter system that allows for instant restarts. Now, no time is lost on the floor. As with all SPDI products, this system can be easily integrated with any existing equipment. Less downtime and more uptime = immediate increase in production and profitability.
